So i'm walking down the main streets of Keene and i come across this no-kneck, shifty-eyed, playgirl readin sonofabitch and he starts "jackin my flow"...as un-hip as that is, i didnt want to start no trouble, i was just there to do the Super Bowl Shuffle...So i keep walking, trying to ignore this bahemoth bitch-face, but that mutha fucka starts followin my ass for two more blocks until i finally turn around, look him square in the face and say, "If you ain't got no business near me, then you best take your asshole-soliciting roadshow back to the dick it got shot from, got it?" So he just stands there lookin like he wants to eat my shins, so i walk up to him, less than an inch away from his face and say quietly, "Mutha fucka, Your spring just got sprung..." And i gave him a purple nurple untill he bled from the eyes and fell to the ground whimpering in pain...Since it happened, I look back on that occurence often and find only one moral that could possibly relate..................If you shell shock a nazi ghost pirate once, shame on him, but if he wants retribution for actin' like a stiff crotch, then fuck off.

I'm back, and you're excited about it. Face it, LJ is going down, anyone who still reads this should leave me a message just to let me know if people still read it.
I guess i'll update you all on my current life:
- I'm currently on a big work out/eat better kick. It's the most motivated i've ever been in this area and i feel a lot better because of it.
- I am a single man once again, but it was a good run, and i don't regret a thing. The ending was a mutual decision and luckily we're still best friends. It bums me out when i think about it too much, but we both know it's for the better, and i'll live.
- I'm back in Natick working, alone this summer, but it's alright, the days seem to fly by.
- I'm still writing my own mostly acoustic stuff which you can listen to at http://www.purevolume.com/deadinfour .
- I'm playing guitar in a band with Jeff on 2nd guitar and Corey Holt on drums. The songs are awesome, but we still need a singer and bassist. I'm stuck doing triple duty for the recording we're working on. The music is like posi-hardcore/guitar-rock/Jeff&Mark rock.
- Summer is ok so far, i just wish the weather would brighten up a bit, but it seems like it is today. Good.
- Last Friday, i went with a bunch of people from work
to go play paintball. The best thing was that we were still on the pay roll for the entire time we were away. I had never played before, but it was alot of fun. Getting hit didn't hurt quite as much as i thought it would but i still got some nice bruises from it. The most painfull was the one on my nipple. Damn.....
- I saw Alex's band play with Against Me! a little over a week ago. It was great to see AM!, they were a blizast, and Alex's band Adore Remora was also quite fun and awesome...Nice job dude!
- Andrew and I watched the entire first season of Exo-Squad the other day. wow, that show is still extremely phenominal. The 2 of us also had an awesome day the day before that. It was full of golfing, delicious sandwiches, Star Wars, a home-cooked meal, ice cream/frappe, and the best of Alec Baldwin on SNL.
Well i'm going to get back to "work", ha, what a joke.....Later friends.
Sorry this entry is kinda boring, i wasn't in the mood for my rediculous non-sense.

So i finally got to see Strung Out last night, and it was fucking fabulous. Played alot of stuff i didnt think they would. It was a blast and a half. I also saw Love is Red and Saosin. Love is Red were pretty good. Saosin wasn't really my "cup of tea" though. They sounded alot like Coheed....
Back at Keene, Alex is playing with himself and his keyboard. Yes, same time, it's gross.
I'm very excited for this coming Thanksgiving Break. It'll be great to see everyone together again. The Holiday Stroll along with at least one trip to Parker's Maple Barn will only make the whole thing better.
I'm off to do work.

So yes Applaud or Die destroyed both keene state audience members and musicianship alike this past thursday. What Alex and Jeff both forgot to mention was our set list which reads like so..........

In other news,
Everyone should buy Strung Out - "Exile in Oblivion". It's modern music at its best.
Oh yeah, and Saw was quite good, in a mildly disturbing kind of way. Enjoyed it.
Also, I Heart Huckabees is pretty good as well. Probably the most fast paced movie ever. I might have to see it again to really take it all in.
